I have the Windows 10 ISO from Microsoft (en_windows_10_multiple_editions_version_1703_updated_july_2017_x64_dvd_1092534 0.iso) and start Boot Camp Assistant.

If Boot Camp Assistant says that the startup disk cannot be partitioned or restored to a single partition, complete these additional steps:

  3. In the Disk Utility toolbar, click Partition.

  6. Click BOOTCAMP in the graph, then click the remove button (–).
    OSXRESERVED and BOOTCAMP are empty partitions that Boot Camp Assistant created during the failed installation.
  7. Click Apply, then click Partition to confirm.
  8. Open Boot Camp Assistant and try installing Windows again.
